submitted by Jesse M. - |Recommended: YesExcellent Units — I have lived in significantly more expensive apartments in Tucson that are supposedly luxury units. For nearly 700 month less I have access to all the same amenities at Sand Pebble, and the staff and cleanliness of the property are significantly better. Not sure why this place has such low ratings on Google, must be from previous management, because Keely is an absolute delight and we have never had a maintenance concern that has taken more than a day or two to resolve. As someone who used to live in the heart of Downtown Tucson, I could not recommend Sand Pebble more. The convenience of having all the businesses on Campbell nearby makes up for not being near Downtown. Living in this neighborhood is significantly quietier, and the cost savings is fantastic.
